HU Carpool helps verified students discover potentially compatible commuters. It does not verify drivers, vehicles, licences, routes, or real-world arrangements.
Before travelling
Confirm identity, route, timing, costs, seats, and expectations directly. Meet in a public place when appropriate and tell someone you trust about your plans.
Contact and reporting
WhatsApp numbers are revealed only after a deliberate action, and the reveal is logged. Report harassment, inappropriate contact, misleading information, unsafe behaviour, or spam from a profile.
Urgent situations
HU Carpool is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or university security when immediate help is required.
